We used hotel as stopping point on a long journey. Very clean and professional looking hotel. Very nice breakfast with it's own non-smoking large room. Underground secure car-park with direct easy access to the rooms. Fairly central in the city and a good stopping point to relax on a long journey.
Bed was a bit hard, apart from that no other negative points.

Efficient check-in process; Fiona called ahead to ensure paperwork was ready. Shahedul kindly guided me to the room. Ample parking in quiet basement. Upgraded to spacious Family Suite. Comfortable sleep. Convenient location near Qasr Al Muwaiji. Cooperative staff promptly resolved room issue. Changed to larger room with extra bed and sitting area. Impressive gym. Zeeshan at front desk provided excellent service. highly recommended. No regrets.

No extra blankets, no A/C control (room too cold at night), noisy location on main street side. Only three people allowed, could have taken family of 4or 5

We didn't have time, so that's why we would love to come back here some time. Clean and the staff was very amiable. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Its location was absolutely perfect, very close to shops, restaurants, town centre, and Al Ain for an exam. Furthermore, to everything provided.
